Your best bet is to go right to a good Tattoo artist with this concept.
A good tattoo artist would be able to better design this for (obviously) a tattoo application rather than someone who is not familiar to what techniques work best for tattoos.

I want to see what people come up with. If it’s what I am thinking, I will take it to the tattoo artist and let him work his magic. I want to get a good concept to him first and not have to explain.
