Why would we want people like Eisenhower or Truman. They only consistently rank in the top 10 presidents of all time.

Ok…say you have a serious problem. You are incredibly sick. Would you rather go to someone who went to a really good medical school, and graduated top of their class, but has no real field experience, or someone who went to a lower class school, but knows the medical field and has years of experience and knows how to handle more situations with the proper course of action?
How would somebody graduate from medical school without field experience!?

We’re educated, we have studied, we have read, we have written and we have defended. We have analyzed information, studied the past, seen what has worked and what has not.
