When I used to work there, it was automatic termination if you called in sick/didn’t show up on your scheduled time on black fridays.
Amazon’s doing lightning deals all week.
I’ve got my eye on a pair of Sennheiser earbuds that may be dirt cheap at 1:15 this afternoon. Normally $80, currently $38, lightning deal starting at 1:15.
And occupy wallstreet becomes occupy Walmart.
If they thought being pepper sprayed was bad wait until they get trampled by poor people trying to buy cheap LCD’s.

Just an FYI, my buddy was planning on going to sears at 3:30am for a TV. Turns out Amazon.com price matched it for him and did free shipping (probably no tax either). Might want to check that out if you’re looking for a deal.
If it’s shipped to NY, Amazon is collecting tax.
If it is shipped to NY and SOLD by Amazon, then yes tax is definitely collected. However, if you buy on amazon from other sellers, they may or may not necessarily collect the tax.

Blackberry Playbooks for $199 at Best Buy.
The Kindle Fire is almost the exact same device except it runs a heavily skinned version of Android, except it doesn’t come with a front cam for video chatting while the playbook does.
