Picked up a 2011 Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon in Sahara Tan. New colors for 2011. It’s a 6spd, and they updated the interior for 2011, as well as added more sound deadening, larger rear windows, and a few other things. Love the Jeep so far, and it’s great to have another wrangler (I had two TJ’s before).

im really not tryin to be a dick butttt , dont go to far with it man , as the motor has head and lifter problems . the 6 sp tranny is weak as hell so deff dont go to far wit it orrr get rid of it once warr runs out

I haven’t heard much about that at all, so I dunno how true that is. If it does happen though, I’ll just swap a hemi or CRD in it :slight_smile:

those are stock in the wrangler due to the door’s being able to be taken off

A friend of mine has a 6-speed JK that has seen 40K+ HARD miles and runs like a champ with no problems what so ever.

Big thanks to Marty over at the Stereo Shop in webster. Hooked me up with a Viper 5901 alarm w/ remote start, prox sensor, tilt sensor. He wired in the factory horn, and configured it all perfectly. I also added a rock key since I don’t need those minivan-looking keys anymore :slight_smile: So far the alarm is great, and I’ll write up a review once I have some more time with the alarm. I think the prox sensor needs to be adjust a little, but it’s close for now.
