OH my!... Aston Martin DBS

That’s absolutely gorgeous.

Aston has one of the best design firms ever. Bar none.

I would sell all of my car stuff for a V8 Vantage.

what happened to the seat belts?

Seat Option:

minorities are hired to sit in the back seat and hug you.

Aston Martin flat out does not know how to make an ugly car.

the body design is getting old to me

post #31 is actually significantly better than the exterior

dunno if anyone else noticed that but i sure did

I like it, just doesn’t give me a hard on…

Not really all that track friendly, will crack under heavy use. My buddy who has a 997 Turbo w/the Carbon/Ceramic brakes was told specifically not to track the car with them. They are great on the street though, virtually dustless. The hat appears to be hard anodized aluminum judging by its surface.

Their full race Carbon/Carbon counterpart is the real deal… but also make lots of carbon dust.

[/quote]

that is the exact opposite from my experience and as far as i know what they are intended for.

the ceramic brakes are an 11k option that p-car track whores make an investment towards because of how well they perform over many laps lasting multiple seasons. i dont own one so i guess my input doesnt count as much but i have friends who opted for this option and say they love tracking the car with them. you mentioned no brake dust which brings me to my next issue with your friends experience. these brakes are said to be deadly on the street because without bringing them up to operating temp they are like having rotors made of soap. which would explain no dust i guess also…

and my only prob with this car is small, very minute, so i wont even mention it, the car is hot

Gen I PCCB’s blow no doubts about it, everyone with 996 GT3’s converts back to the steel/iron setup.

Gen II on the 997’s are great, I know especially in the FIA Cup series where they did most of their testing they have held up for multiple races on one set of rotors.

yes i speak of gen II. there are people who have machined custom parts to fit these on audi’s as well :snky:

eh. i guess i’ll take one…i mean it’s cute and all, just don’t know if it has enough umph for me…

yea but lafengas would own this and change it all around… but how can you take something perfect and change it?

Where have you people been? this was Bonds car in the latest Bond movie.

I spent the next few days after i saw the movie looking for information and pics for the DBS.

I love it x 100000000
