OMFG Friday 13th

I was supposed to wake up at 9:15 today, to make my 11AM class, instead I woke up at 2:40PM (haha… 240, I didn’t even realize that till now)

anybody hear about the violent wave of storms crushing fort erie, crystal beach, port colbvorn, and basically everything up the highway 6?

i did because im living it.

my new 180sx got fucking shalacked.

my city along with nmany others are on rwed alert right now and we havent had power in about 32 hours,.

news is syaing we wont have it for another 5 days or so

fuckin ehhh

felt like ranting.

pics of chooched 180?

It’s weird seeing all of the autumn colors on the trees and being all covered in snow at the same time.

right now the 180 is sitting in about a foot of water.

last night it was up to the bottom of the brake rotor.

the rails were submerged. hoping for no damage due to all this water that seems to have nowhere to go.

take it to high ground?

he’ll be sailin on down, to a higher ground.

no can do at this point

right now its sheilded from falling tree limbs

so ive made the concsious decision to protect it from huge limbs

you should see some of the size of the braches that have come down in the beach.

i saw a few mangled up cars as a result.

every yard in crystal beach has got atleast a branch in there yard/.riveway

others havent been so lucky.

it was a lot worse.

holy crap,

i am talking to josh on the phone right now, his grand parents actually went to a shelter…

everyone is being advised not to use the water because the pumps arent running so they are going to run out of water pressure pretty soon.

they are being told that they wont have power for 3 days and that 400,000 people in western NY are out of power right now.

mroe than 2 feet in his driveway after he shovelled it all late last night.

he lives about 1.5 minutes from the buffalo airport.

screw buffalo, we got hit right here at home

were also being told no power for 3-5 days.

thats intense

Oh man, I laughed pretty damn hard when I saw that.

sweet sweet power was resotred today after being in the cold dark for 3 days

but our town is still a shit hole.

hows your car doing, is it still buried?

chassis is not sitting in water now

the ct counteract system was running the whole time so we’ll see how good it is now.

still a few inches but the jacks are up high enough to keep it well above anything.

just like in ht pics posted theres still tree limbs everywhere.

its like a bomb went off.

it really is unreal.

i was reading in the paper a second storm looks like its heading our way, not as bad tho.

just rain and snow, no wind this time

according to the news, winds topped out at 90 km/h and we expericned every type of precipitation possible.

they said that nothing like this has ever been recorded for this area and that its historic.
