Yes it is back, and yes I think that I fixed it.
I made it so that it is click to open, and move away to close.
If this causes anyone anymore issues please post here right away so that I can fix it and not impede on your nyspeed viewing.

its not working anymore…its locking up pages
Works fine on my end.
buy a new 4door pc… It works like a charm. There is really nothing in the scripting that could possibly lock up a page. I actually thought that it could be an issue, so every time it loads, it auto clears the internal page timers. Forward thinking make me a good programmer. The recent issue with pages locking up has to do with certain smilies that are hosted on a former mods server that was down for a couple of days. This is just a coincidence. We think that the issue with the smilie server is temporarily fixed, but i will be issuing a permanent fix in the next few days.
If you can give me exact replicable situations (os, browser, page url with banner) I can force a test and find out if the banner did have a hiccup or if it was the other known issue.
