One of those days

Should have got another camaro

LoL I still might! :snky: Have to get my faceplated built T-56 and narrowed strange in the TA first! Woot woot wheels up lol.

I would think that you could get somewhere with this seeing as how you have proof, that the cashier screwed up and not you. Why should you pay for someone else’s mistake? Who’s to say you werent charged for insurance? Have you checked your bank account or whatever you used to pay for it?

This actually enrages me a little. Like how a credit card company can screw up and give a thief a credit line in your name. This is the fault of the CC company for not having adequate security. Not yours for, lets say, having your mothers maden name on your Facebook. But for some reason we take things like this in the ass. In my opinion, this is like getting a bill for X amount because someone else walked into a store, bought an item, and told them they were you. Would you pay this item? Of course not. But somone steals your identity and guess who pays for it.

Heres an idea. Open a company that gives loans willy nilly. Only require a name on the application and proof that this person actually exists. Run a credit check to make sure this person has some means to pay a loan. Give the loan at a high interest rate. Wait for re-payment to not occur and go after whoevers name was on the application. Why not? it’s their responsibility to pay you right?

On point.

the only thing that really angers me is unprojected hids, especially when theyre installed in pick-up trucks

Water pipe burst in the upstairs Master Bath…

Luckily we were home and I heard what sounded like someone taking a shower upstairs when the whole family was downstairs!

Thank god for renters insurance, although the $500 deductible sucks, it should still put us ahead $1500 or so; see about $2k worth of electronics and stuff got soaked from the water running through the furnace ducts into the storage/laundry room and drenching half the room.

Wonder how much the landlord is going to have to pay to clean the carpets in the Family Room, repair the ceiling from the water damage, not to mention fix the plumbing in the master bath.

We lucked out being home though, it would have FLOODED the sunk family room/storage/laundry room if no one was home, including the computer/office equipment, home theater gear, brand new leather living room furniture and tables, Not to mention who knows how much damage it would have done upstairs.

This happened about 2 hours ago, and I’m STILL jacked on adrenaline from it.
