Hm… by the looks of it you bought one of those old school rims that is just a giant pie plate, no spokes. It musta been mirror plated. And it appear as if somebody dropped something on them. They musta dropped the same thing uniformly for all four.
Sell em to some VW guy, or say its JDM and sell to some honda kid.
