Hi,
I have a 2003 Sentra with about 28,000 Km. (Mostly
driving around the city).
I went to the dealership recently for Winter tire changes
and an oil change, and the dealership told me that
I need:
- A brake fluid and a power steering flush.
- A replacement of in-cabin air filter
- Brake service and machining of front rotors
Is it normal to need the types of repairs after
6.7 years 28.5KM or so?
Thanks,
Owner of 2003 Sentra
I dont think you should require the brake service or the fluid flushes. but the incabin air filter i would replace. I change mine out once a year.
Ask them why they want to do the fluid flushes ask if they were contaminated if they were then yes get them flushed otherwise no … dont bother
After almost seven years I would flush out my system… and we dont have in cabin filters in the first place but, thier supe simple to instail. It goes in the glove box.
