ive had to warranty things at both gm and chrysler that i KNEW were caused by owners abuse or due to modification, but could not PROVE it. without proof, they can come back after the dealership franchise for reimbursement in court… and the last thing you want at a dealer is some lawyers going through ALL your back paperwork and warranty claims… anyways back on topic.
the car looks nice, has respectable off the showroom floor power and looks to be well built. what kind of true power numbers can be reached though is yet to be fully determined.
If I was in that position, I’d like my chances of getting the car serviced.
