Can I buy on of those pay as you go phones from wal-mart and just toss in my sim chip so that I can use it on my minutes plan? They have decent phones (better than mine) for cheaper than a new one would cost from cingular. I’m not up for a new phone until april next year I guess. Any ideas?
No you can put a cingular sim chip in anything other than a cingular phone. Although we do sell the cingular go phone which it should work in. Have you tried calling cingular to see if you are eligable for an up grade yet? If you are the wal-mart on transit has a cingluar flip phone with camera that you would get for free if you are eligable even if you aren’t its a good price to just buy and replace the phone that you have and we could just switch your sim ships for you.
