I lost my goddamn phone. I have another cingular phone. My question is will cingular give/sell me a new sim card and activate it for that phone?
or am I SOL?
And, if they do this, what is the fee?

Yes they will give you a new sim card, they never charged us…
Last time i did it, it was free. That was like 2 months ago though. Give em a call.
