I like MNPLight. Installed on my jailbroken ipod and allows me to add youtube videos, music, edit playlists on the go and save them, and more.

Someone wanted to look at my touch today so I will give this a shot since i have it at work.

Edit: Scratch that. Dont have the USB cable

lol I believe it needs some files that itunes uses to access the phone’s file system

Ya you need to install itunes for specific files and then once you copy it off, you can remove it.

Its some legal issue to use files without distributing it yourself.
