Transfering music via itunes

Anyone know if its possible to transfer songs from your ipod to an iphone with Itunes? I deleted alot of songs from my PC that are on my ipod and I wanna avoid having to DL them all again for my iPhone.

you cant go ipod->PC/comp->iphone?

trying that right now…Im moving the files into a folder and I’m going to try to sync the iphone. good idea kramer lol

if you hook up ur ipod to itunes you should be able to send the songs back to ur computer then hook up the iphone and download the songs. atleast with my ipod i can send songs from the ipod to the computer

download Diskaid, it’s free. I did this when I didn’t have the files on my computer from my Ipod and I wanted to get em off.

It won’t let me drag them from Itunes to desktop for some reason

+rep, thanks!

welcome d00d. That was the best one I found, everything else you had to pay for, fawk thattttt

Ok so that software only works for the iphone or itouch. I found this vid though, it will work for any ipod.

Okay, heres what you do.
Plug your iPod or iPhone into your computer.
From the Desktop, go to My Computer and find the iPod (usually designated by a drive letter. i e. E: or F:)
Open the damn thing.
Go to Tools > Folder Options > View (the tab) > scroll to Show Hidden Files and Folders and click it.
Click OK
Go back to your iPod folder/drive, there you will find a new folder called iPod_Control
Open it.
The Music folder in it will have a bunch of folders named F00, F01 and so on. THEY HAVE YOUR MP3s AND VIDEOS. Look through the folders to find your stuff.

After iTunes processes all the music, hook up your iPhone, drag over all the music you just added onto your phone.
Done.
