PJB when you said biking what kind were you talking about? I was thinking of trying out some fixie stuff (fixed gear for lame-os)

Ive got a Trek mountain bike that I ride on bike paths. Every Sunday (except 2 I was away) from April until the end of November I rode 14-20 miles (depending on which path) on a bike path.

I also ride a stationary bike at the gym for 17 miles (in an hour) 5 days a week.

Tan and laundry are not optional

If you ever want help with your diet/training, let me know. Srs.

Tan is optional in winter.
