My problem is that I like to eat shitty foods.
My mother has lost 60+ pounds thru diet and exercise in the past two years.
Yeah, it’s up to you to change that. Overall, it’s the macros that matter (grams of protein/carbs/fat a day total) and not the sources, but it’s hard to build a proper diet out of all junk.
Yeah your mom is lookin pretty good(not saying Im hooking up with her, dont get the wrong idea :rofl). You gotta stop eating those blocks-o-cheese and chips nucka!
You can actually make small amounts of cheese and baked chips a part of a good diet!

Usually its lunch that fucks me up because I eat yogurt for breakfast and a good dinner. I eat lunch while driving at work so I usually just grab something I can eat on the road.
Pretzels can be made a part of a good diet, too. So can a meal from a fast food place.
I almost never eat fast food anymore. Its been a few months now.

Watching Plaf stuff K20 into small spaces such as trash cans or lockers
and filling PJBs truck with random lawn ornaments and road cones ect…
Boating, skiing, hunting, fishing, music(audio/mixing/intruments), etc
