I’m starting to play with PS a little bit, and wanted to know if there was a way to save a signature that I can kinda drag and drop to my photos, or if I can save the layers used for the sig. I tried looking it up but I’m sure I’m using the wrong context. For all you photo guys, what do you do?
what do you mean?
are you talking about flattening the image when you save it as a jpeg?
See where I wrote my name, say I wanted to apply that same signature to other photos without having to go through the steps to create it, what would I have to do? Can I save the layers used to make that text and load it to other photos? Not sure what to do. Still learning but I can’t find out how to do that, probably searching the wrong thing.
Yes you can delete all the other layers in that psd and save that sole layer and call it name. Everytime you want that layer on a pic, you open up name.psd and copy and paste it onto whatever your new pic is.
Or you could write a script i believe.
Sweet, that did exactly what I wanted it to do. Merged the layers of the sig and now it’s a piece of cake
