7 Racks, 8 hours of prepping and cooking, and 1 cabin full of hungry campers. Needless to say, no one went hungry. The night before I did 10-15 lbs of chicken legs and thighs, this smoker is probably one of my best investments.

We just had a guy get written up because a ZL1 got delivered to a dealership in Glens Falls and the tires were melted with rubber plastered on the wheel wells :rofl

Yup I drive it every morning and evening since I live in Guilderland Center and work in Downtown Albany. We were coming home from dinner in that pic. The gf was driving as I was hanging out the window like a dog trying to get a somewhat clear cell phone picture lol.
