Ok,
How about rewarding people with good posts or informative posts with a point based system which allows you to do some of the following things.
That way you can have an incentive to post good and through informative posts.

Sounds like a good idea, other than the changing of someone else’s avatar and title. That could cause a riot on here.

i realize this is a piblic forum, people are bored in the winter… makes less informative posts i guess…
