Pokemon Go.

There has been stories of people putting lures out in the middle of no where and using them to rob people. They say they avoid roads and highways for pokemon but most I have found are right near roads or streets.

This would be a good time to rush to market with a competitive augment reality game.

One problem there, Niantic has spent the last 5 years learning how to do this and the last 2.5 crowd sourcing the data they needed to make this work using their game Ingress they launched in 2011.

Pokémon Go is owned by Niantic, a software company that spun off from Google’s parent company Alphabet last year. It’s mapping data spans from a pool they built for another one of their augmented-reality games called Ingress. Launched in beta mode in 2011, Ingress became filled with landmarks known as “portals,” which were historical markers, public artwork and popular local businesses, Niantic CEO and founder John Hanke told Mashable earlier this week. Eventually, Ingress asked players to submit their own recommendations for portals.“The Pokéstops are submitted by users, so obviously they’re based on places people go,” Hanke said. "We had essentially two and a half years of people going to all the places where they thought they should be able to play Ingress, so it’s some pretty remote places.”

WTF is pokemon?

Like walking into strangers with their phones while texting instead?

“We may disclose any information about you (or your authorized child) that is in our possession or control to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate…”

I think it’s funny, the people that get so bent out of shape about this game.

Today I learned that Pharaoh’s on Aero Dr is a PokeStop .

So is Olympic on Genesee

Got a couple balls from Olympic, the Airport stop was the best so far,got an egg.
