This past summer a few of us went down to Watkins Glen for the Porsche Clash weekend. I could only go to the PCA event, but there were lots of GT3 cup cars, CGT, sick 944s, and the loudest Porsches I’ve ever heard. It was a good time. Unfortunatly I don’t have a digi cam, but I did finally get my pics developed, so here are a few. MPD47 will probably like to his sets of pics, and he’s a much greater photographer than me.

Clash is always a good time, I’m planning on doing the Metro PCA Region DE at the Glen the days before (always fun to be there with a bunch of cup cars, the Carrera GT was there for the DE.) and then staying the whole week for Clash (to watch, not to race ;))
Him: “Went in a touch wide, tried to grab it late like you are supposed to in the chute and went a bit to wide. At that point I was like hmmm, two feet in would be a good idea”
Me: “Yeah looked a bit hairy, did you finish the session/race?”
Him: “Yeah, I’m just glad I didnt wreck. My buddy said you had photos of it though”
Me: “Yep, I’ll be more than happy to send them to ya”
I knew you would have some pretty good pics. I wish I could have gone for the Saturday and Sunday events though. P.S. That CGT was actually Ralph Laurens car.
No it wasnt, I’ve chatted with that guy before, he’s on rennlist. The guy he hired to transport the CGT had transported Ralph’s McLaren F1 the previous weekend Maybe that is where you got confused.
