nice ride bics… i love the new WS-6’s… since my car and your car are the same from the doors back, i had seriously considered putting the '98-'02 quarter panels, bumper, and hood on my car to make it look like a new WS6 without having to spend the money for one (i’ve heard it all bolts right up in the same places)… but… as usual i’m broke as hell and can’t afford such a project…
s10 i dig the lowrider. i never noticed the bravada front end, what made you do that? hella original i’ll give you that. so what’s the ETA on that thing??? is it gonna be painted and done up in time for summer???
I dunno about that… i mean… i definitely dont like the '98-'02 WS-6 replica hood on my car… i dunno why… and i’m not sure what i think of the WS6 hood that’s supposed to go on it… its not too bad… overall i think i’ll stay with mine… better places to spend money…
and as far as wheels…i almost bought a set of Z06 wheels w/ tires on ebay in the fall… practically had my mouse on the “buy it now” button… but decided not to… and just get a set of tires… but i ran into a good deal on a set of wheels/tires off a '99 T/A, thus the wheels i have now… not chrome, but much nicer than the stock '94 ones… ewww… they were nasty… only to be out-nastied by the '93 wheels…
Thanks! I think the Bravada front is more ‘classy’ than the regular s-10/sonoma front and there are very limited styles of aftermarket grills. I’ve seen every type of billet insert a hundred times. Not to mention I had a phantom ( pic of phantom ) and I wrecked the front end. I got a sonoma hood and the bravada grill to repair it. I got the lights too obviously and have a 4x4 Sonoma bumper cover ready to go on it also (fills in the gaps under the headlights) but I need the support bar for that. I have some minor plans I need to finish and hope to have it painted by August. But that depends on my financial situation.
-Rims (Sold, getting my new ones this week)
-Tail lights (being replaced with toyota tails which are sitting in the den)
-Wing (gone, have the new trunk lid and spoiler at the body shop as I type)
-decals (have been off since last july just can;t find the picture of it right now)
I can sort of relate to you. I graduated with my bachelor’s in Finance from Pitt Last dec. and still can’t find a job. I am working a gay ass bullshit job now to pay the bills, which it barely does.
