If we can all pool the funds together for this meet, I’ll organize another one.

I have talked to the park manager and he is very supportive and was very pleased with our last get together since we behaved ourselves and cleaned up well.

I will work on setting up a paypal button for donations specifically for the meet. So far it has crashed on me and hasn’t worked.

All the Donations will go to the Chill N Grill’s. Anything leftover will be used towards the future meets. I will keep an updated tally of our budget
