Starts up in 3 pulls, runs great. Hose/wand connection is stripped though. Easy fix or just buy it for the motor and make a go kart etc

Sorry, no. Its just the washer itself.

Im sure you can throttle it back/limit it for the kids. Then when you jump on it let it rip
Nothing a governor screw on the throttle can’t take care of. Though they’re probably safer if they can keep up with traffic. 
I’m surprised how low the pressure and flow numbers are for a 5hp.
