Not sure how many people have seen this before. But I was surfing through Jay Leno’s garage and saw he had a Ford Shogun which is a Festiva with a rear mounted V6 SHO motor from a Taurus . Pretty cool car for a Ford.
That car would be insanely fast. I think its ugly, but that almost fits into the sleeper category. Minus the body kit. Lol
Pfft! Whatever. My rear-mounted SHO 240SX was way cooler…

I dont think it would be “insanely fast” High 13’s maybe. Insanely fast for a Festiva though
For a older factory production car thats insane. Just imagine if you ad some extra goodies

Only difference is the Renault Had a Turbo I4 and this has a Yamaha V6… Wonder who would win
the lighter more agile car while the renault is 
I like this festiva as it is very neat styling for being that old, the flares and hood and wheels and everything gives it an interesting look.
