a lot of it comes down to pay as well. some people don’t want to get off the unemployment due to the % of pay they get now based off there old job. thats most of the times, is higher then what they can get in the current job market.

And how does that make any sense?

Private sector is paying less to people slaving away on shitty jobs for 40 hours a week than government for you to sit around?

And then they wonder why unemployment is record high.
