Just curious as too how many people on here got laid off from their job in the past year or two.

I myself got laid off from the Ford Stamping Plant, and my brother was laid off from Penn Detroit Diesel Allison.

Well it is seasonal but I was supposed to be on till like between late october-mid november and they laid me off on aug. 25th. Unfortunately I was working a lot of overtime so I get like $200 a week for unemployment and its not worth getting a shitty minimum wage winter job. I get more to do nothing. I am looking for work, dont get me wrong, I am trying to get into a plumbing company.
