Pro Spot SSG gym and an elliptical

I am moving out of state, and moving this will suck

This is Pro Spots Small Space Gym. It is a free floating smith machine with a bench that will fit in rooms with a low ceiling height (like your basement).
It has a 100 lb stack with weight horns to make it heavier, with a high and low pulley.
300 lbs or so of Cap hammer tone grip plates, and some assorted bars.
The bench is flat, incline, military
It has a leg extension, and leg curl attachment

The bar has 2 strips on it… when you let go, they lock out. There is no need for a spotter, you just let go, and climb out from under your bar.

I also have an elliptical. It is an single unit that I was brought in as a demo. It is essentially a Vision, or Spirit elliptical (made in the same plant), but not labeled as such.
I will grab pics when I get around to it.
