Pros vs. Cons - Buying a house with someone

IMO buy one yourself. When my Grandfather passed away he left his house to my aunt and dad. I lived on the lower level my cousin on the upper. When my cousin went to move out all hell broke loose.

Keep it simple and don’t get other people tied in to it.

Beck, does this mean you’re not bying that Cayman you promised to race me with?

haha. i wanted a cayman s for about a week, when i realized that they are pretty faggy.

LOL
Didnt you just get a big promotion? Shouldnt you be working, instead of NYSpeeding??

That sounds like a good decision.

plus, i would never put myself in a financial position where i couldn’t afford to have a nice car.

I’m off today.

NySpeed is websensed at work. :frowning:

Do you presently live in your folks house?

fuck yeah. i’d be retarded not to.

do you know how much my cell phone bill is? because, i don’t.

You will never have a “how I got screwed by my friend” story by buying it yourself. Why risk it with one of the largest purchases you’ll ever make?

x30 on this is a bad idea…

and how old are you?

I’m not reading 3 pages to tell you what I"m sure everyone is saying… BAD IDEA… NEVER EVER mix money/business with friends/family. It will end up in a lawsuit or worse.

Bad Idea.

Buy the house yourself then rent the space to your friend (they pay the mortgage) - profit.

old enough to not be banging 13 year olds:nerd:

buy it and rent a room.
Wayyyy to many issues.

Unless it has a V and marriage is an option.

Do not, ever, buy a house with someone else.

BECK… don’t do it, unless it’s your wife.

whats money

You’ll end up sleeping together and become more gay…
