Psyco-Clone

i left the house after work heading for Quaker City, about 5 miles up I-79, it broke a V-band clamp off of the downpipe. So its lost on 79 somewhere, and i headed back home. Better luck next time i guess.

Damn that sucks!~

The exodus continues…
The meth pump died last week finally ( it was really old) So a new one is on the way. Thats the high of this story.

I had a free friday night tonight, so i went to Quaker city. Called ahead and made sure they had C12 & C16 so i could get the high octane. So i ran the tank to empty on the way out. Got there shortly after 6, and there were racers waiting at the pumps, so i knew i didnt miss fillup. So i waited awhile, then asked the tech inspector to send someone over. Then waited, then went and ate a snack, then played with my phone. An hour later we’re still sitting at the pumps waiting for someone, one guy went and talked to the staff in the staging lanes, they said someone is on their way. 30 minutes later, they have last call for time trials and start going into eliminations. Half dozen of us are standing at the gas pumps waiting for fuel. No one ever showed up, i never got to make a pass. Who knows if the other guys made their elimination runs or not. So 150 mile round trip, $25 to get in. And i barely made it to the Pilot station in North Lima on the way home.

Maybe this will shed some light on it for you…

All u guys swing from QCR nuts & say PRP is poooop,Its just the help u get now adays!

for me, QCR takes 1/2 the time to get there then PRP, theres usually half as many cars on a TNT night at QCR. And i think the facility is a whole lot nicer. The track is slower, and they have 2 people running the joint, but its easier for me to get there. This is my first bad experience with the staff. So i’ll let it slide for now. Next time i’ll bring my own gas with me.

ill agree, QCR is quicker to get to, nicer facility and get more runs in. For the cost of of TNT you get alot more runs plus better prepped. The traffic and lack of runs for prp isnt worth the cost over going to QCR

that sucks to hear brandon, if need to be you can use my pump till you get yours if you want to go track anytime soon

i took home Best Modified Syclone this weekend in New Jersey. Roughly 40 trucks showed.
