hook the vacuum line from the modulaor on the tranny to whichever port pulls vacuum at idle, the the one from the vacuum advance on the distributor connect to the one that has no vaccumm at idle but pulls vacuum when throttle is opened. cap off all the rest

Look close under the linkage there are a few that are small and easy to miss.
