89 - 90 transmition lower harness’’ will it fit 91-93 ? i know it will just need to make sure

Yes and maybe. I fnot 100% identical it can easily be made to fit. They jerked around with some of the plugs, changing the physical plug even though the actual wires all do the same thing. So at worst you might have to change a plug.
