Ask 5 people and you’ll get 5 different answers. We did the let her cry thing mixed in with “rub the back” to calm her down. That was a miserable time, but it worked after a while. Not eating during the night is a tough one. My wife would give her water instead of milk. The first time, when she realized it was water she shook her head no, tossed the bottle, and put her blanket over her head. Ha, ha, smart ass like her dad!
