Swaping in a 4g64 would be a waste of time and money. To much involved in that swap. You can however swap a 2.4 chrylser block in a 2g. You have to use the 2.0 head, fab up the side motor mount, oil pan, etc… There are many different ways to do the 2.4 swap with different combinations of parts from different cars (mostly from chrylser cloud cars like sebring, breeze, caravan and so on). There is a vast collection of info over at www.2gnt.com. This would be a great project to start and is very cost effective. 2.4 blocks are cheap, the srt internals are decent price from the dealer. Have someone fab up the side motor mount, dp and the other little things needed. Get megasquirt n’ spark and run 25psi all day long!
