here is my question can i you retract a bid before it is sent to the buyer?

from the seller. i have changed my mind but the bid dosent go in till tommorow.

oh ok i was just making sure i could actually do that first. i couldnt get ahold of him at his home phone but i left him a message on his voice mail at the office.
you can…but you could be penalized because the Bid is a legal contract…if it was a low ball they may deny it anway…plus i think you have 3 days inbetween
Yeah, just make sure you tell the agent before it gets submitted.
