ebay sellers

I have 2 zero feedbackers that have already bid, and have been outbid, but I stated in my auction that zero feedbackers had to email me first before bidding and niether of them did. I dont want to Cancel their bids, but just block them from bidding further. Can I do this if so HOW?

does the ebay seller agreement even allow you to choose who may bid??

There should be a setting to allow people with zero feedback not to bid, at leat in Auctiva there is.

yes there is an option when you set up your bid, you can completely block users with 0 bids.

Yeah, it is too late if the auction is started and has been bid on.

At the beginning you have to set your bid rules to cover that.

cool to know… as long as they pay with paypal then should I even care if somebody has a zero feedback?

Too late. You can only change the description I believe one a bid has been place. You can also cancel the auction but you are charged as if someone actually won the item.

Edit: Don’t worry about 0 feedback. I’ve got a few hundred transactions and some of my fastest payments have been by 0 feedback people. Just think someone was thinking the same thing about you when you made your fisrt ebay transaction.

word, i had 0 feedback and people were bidding on my shit left and right, it never really was a problem.

as long as they give u paypal and it clears into ur account it dont matter

I got royally boned by a zero feedbacker before. On cheaper items I dont mind, but I’m weary when I sell things for a couple grand and have them bidding on my shit. I did see that auctiva stuff but figured id allow 0 feedbackers if they emailed me first and didnt sound retarded. Im just guna let it ride I guess.

You should be able to cancel their bids while the auction is running, at least until the last day. If for example, someone contacts you wanting you to cancel their bid, you can cancel it, and I think it does not allow them to bid on that item anymore. You’ll just have to cancel each 0 feedback bid individually.
