The R1 really is getting very old. Very hard to justify buying new one just for the TC when you can essentially buy the same bike used with low miles at half the price.
2015 is when they will drop a new one from what the rossi rumors tell. Rossi is now signed at yamaha next year so odds are the new R1 maybe true.
Yeah, pretty sure Yammy will market Rossi to death, that is unquestionable one of the big incentive signing him.

Exactly, I heard there is a redesigned R6 they have been letting sit do to lacking sales. I’m guessing with Rossi back in the saddle they will put something new out.
Yamaha has been getting really old lately. Even on the snowmobile side of the spectrum. Have not come out with a state of the art sled in 6 years. People here are getting sick of the same old stuff and jumping ship. Although I heard from a Certified Yamaha mechanic/racer that a new line up for snowmobiles and motorcycles maybe coming very soon.
