It was taken at 8pm…no flash and 3sec shutter speed, A-f8 and iso of 160. Had to look at the EXIF data.
That makes sense then. It wasn’t that bright out, the long exposure just made it look that way.
You can use a ND filter also. I usually use my polorizing and ND filters for long water shots.
i have a polorizing filter but never used it. I should give it a shot.
Great for outdoor stuff. Makes the clouds contrast with the sky very nicely.
