Good tip  Ive always been very hesitant to do GC images, they have always seemed very bland to me, but bringing up the contrast really helps bring out the detail
also i convert using the black and white function in CS3… it gives you SO many options b4 it converts it, instead of the greyscale… with the black and white converter, u can increase the brightness of each color in the pic, but in black and white. my fave is the 2nd iPhone pic
X2 the second one of the Iphone is awesome
WOW Man, I was editing some of my sisters pics, who BTW is a better photographer than i will ever hope to be, but she lacks editing skills, other than basic GC,Color ext. upgrades in Iphoto, and I remembered I had saw your work this morning, there very good really, but you should learn to edit some more, lots of people are awesome photographers they just lack basic editing skills, It can really hide the fact that your not shooting with 800+ dollars of camera equipment, I did a very quick edit on this one, which I’m less than happy with and was really pointless without the original, but thats not the point, it just shows a decent edit can go pretty far. Good work man and GL shooting.

aAWW WTF… the B&W pictures suck on PC
fucking gamma differences… they look much better on a mac. I need to sort this out…
What happened to the macbook ?

I love that statue
:word: and the fact they do have sales once in a while, $40 for two years.
Plus there is a lot of random porn on flickr, and it doesn’t get deleted unlike the other image hosting sites.
HaHa Yeah there are alot of random newds, most of which is "artistic " though
thanks man, i really appreicate it. i just don’t have the knowledge on how to edit them “properly”
Oh yeah thing looks like shit on a PC, everyone Ive seen anyway
Get yourself lightroom 2, I did a basic clarity and vibrance upgrades, played with the highlights and shadows untill I saw what I liked, upped the contrast a bit and gave it a light vignette. its pretty simple really, get the program and click around it bit you’ll learn fast. Oh and with your B&W’s put more contrast in em the detail really pops.
they all look good, ill be picking up an slr soon.hope its as easy as it looks
A pic my sister took in NYC, I fucking hate her thats a 3.2 MP Point and shoot:
Its not HaHa
Here’s a few from the Grand Canyon, homemade desktop wallpapers. Complete amateur, with a pretty basic camera.
^ Nice framing.
