rules are rules. his bike was tested and it was illegal. HOWEVER, his fuel wasnt ehhancing the performance of the bike, as straight pump gas would have put the bike illegal and it obviously would give no advantage. so ya he got penalized and its questionable, but the guy is far from a cheater. he works harder than anyone else ever has at the sport and hes a pretty nice guy from what i have seen.
