Glad to hear you liked it.

It definitely put me into a bit of an introspective haze while reading it and after…

I’m actually about 200 pages into Atlas Shrugged now. Took me a while to actually get into it, but I’m loving it so far.

Bump. Need some reading material. I’m not opposed to fiction, but I like to learn when I read. Don’t want anything too heavy though. Taking a vacation soon. I’m thinking about maybe one of these:

I dunno though. Nothing’s really exciting me too much. Thoughts?

who moved my cheese is actually a pretty good book, but it is generally handed out by Corp HR depts before a merger type of event, so it gets a bad rep.

I def think that you should read audacity of hope.

I have a couple that I can loan you, that you might enjoy. Will post em when I get home.

Fry,

American history: Peoples’ History of the United States by Howard Zinn Everyone should read this book. Sensational.

"Consistently lauded for its lively, readable prose, this revised and updated edition of A People’s History of the United States turns traditional textbook history on its head. Howard Zinn infuses the often-submerged voices of blacks, women, American Indians, war resisters, and poor laborers of all nationalities into this thorough narrative that spans American history from Christopher Columbus’s arrival to an afterword on the Clinton presidency. "

i started reading who moved my cheese and it fucking sucked.

i read some shitty Stephen King novel on the plane the other day called CELL.

Stephen King sucks. This was on par.

I also read “Invisible Monsters” by Chuck Pahlaniuk.

It was alright.

Invisible Monsters is not a very good Chuck Palahniuk book :bloated:

Choke is much better, although all his books have gone downhill progressively since Fight Club

i liked choke. and fight club.

but not survivor, diary or one other one that escapes me…

Eh I’m just going to go stumble around barnes and noble until I see something interesting. Thanks guys!

hacking exposed - wireless.

I would recomend:

The road to serfdom- F.A Hayek
The Key to Peace- Clarence Manion
The Prophet- Kahlil Gibran

Start Steven Kings The Dark Tower series. Unbelieveable

I just finished Carl Sagan’s Contact. That man was a fucking genius.

Currently, I’m reading Dancing With Wolves. No seriously. It’s actually really, really good.
