I have one rear strut bar specifically designed for an SR20 by actual rare super intelligent never seen before antartic hairless monkies. however, i will not trade it for shitty seats from a shitty 240.
Although your question is stupid, the fact remains that a rear strut bar will add quite a bit of rigidity and response.
