Willy - house is in Elma, boarder line to the sticks, but very close to work. 1800 sq foot, very clean, and great piece of property (1.7 acres, great backyard and woods). For my budget and wishlist, it was a good purchase. I got lucky too, it was on the market for 9 days and they accepted my offer the day I gave it, which was the day I first viewed the house. Talk about a HOLYCRAPDIDIMAKETHERIGHTCHOICE feeling!
For the car guys, the house has a shed in the back yard, and a 24x24’ garage tucked in the woods with electric, water, and a 6" concrete floor. It would take a little work to accommodate, but I’d love to put my lift and tools back there. I just need a toy
