really though… how tight do they have to be? Cause I was just above snug.
they should be pretty tight on there…a 10mm wrench is what i use on these, only it is an extended 10 so you can get some ass into it.
so your saying i should tighten them…
my friend can do it in 45 min. but he was one of my gm techs. make sure u change the oil pump drive seal(o-ring) while u have it apart.
overall its not that hard if u stay organized while u take it apart.
AND DEF. MAKE IT A POINT TO CHANGE THE OIL!!!

he isn’t lying. it’s just a horirble design by gm. if it has a 3.1/3.4 it will leak at some point and even after it’s fixed it will do it again.
