every time i resize my pictures, they look horrible. the quality is really terrible after trying to shrink them down a bit. my old camera used to have a program that shrunk the pictures without sacrificing how it looked. my new camera does not. 
what can i do? iām retarded.
resize wizard for windows if you use XP. DL off microsoft.com via google.
If you donāt want to DL and install a programā¦believe it or not WORD does a great job on getting pics down to 5x8 or smaller. Just insert pic(s) into a WORD file. Resize. Print screen (Press Print Screen or CTRL+Print Screen above keypad). Paste into paint. Crop. Then save (Bitmap files usually keep the crispness).
It is pretty āGhettoā but it works great for those that donāt have fancy programs.
