lights stay on when car is started and remain on while not in reverse, they turn off when car is shut off tho ? ps. its a hatch if it helps

when i first put my deck in my lights wouldn’t shut off and all it was a fuse
maybe its the reverse switch itself
wheres the switch in the tail panel ? i have a deck installed just happened the other day randomnly
Reverse light switch.
Unplug it.
just take out bulbs if you dont wanna fine the wiring issue. tape over sockets so no water gets in
