If i wanted to get this thing safety and etest fraudulently it would only cost 37 bucks, but since what im trying to hint and what i assume the buyer would like, is to know that the vehicle is clean, and perfect enough to pass legitamitely. and yes its very easy to write safety certificates, all you need is a mech. #. also some earlier 240sx’s are missing that rail, not sure why they didn’t have them but some don’t… cost savings maybe? anyways that’s a clean 180sx definately worth it
