What about those big gigantic TV screens as billboards? I bet those are cheaper since you get less time displayed and the cost to rotate them is alot less. I’m not saying Pittspeed should do that, I’m just curious.

They cost more than traditional billboards because you can use animation and other things that you cannot use with traditonal printed billboards.
