I think your caps lock is stuck on. It should be fairly simple to correct. If you look at your keyboard, to the left (hold hands in front with your thumbs and pointer finger out, the one that looks like an “L” is the left) of the ‘A’ Key is one that should say ‘Caps Lock’ or something similar. If you just tap that once it should fix the issue.
